Camerawork analysis

1) Pick three camera shots and explain the effect they have on the audience.

1.over the shoulder.

2.close up.

3.far shot.

2) Pick two camera angles and explain the effect they have on the audience.

1.The over the shoulders effect on the audience is when the doctor blocks Dalek's laser signals.

2.The close up effect on the audience is when she is confused about what kind of noise was that.

3) Analyse the camera movement at two key points in the clip and write about why the director chose to use that camera movement.

The camera movement far shot in two key points are point of view and focus the director chose these camera angles so that way the the doctor who series is more interesting and eye-catching.

Mise-en-scene Stranger Things analysis





The lighting at the beginning is flickering and there's a guys wearing a science costume running to a elevator and then he gets eaten by the demon. After that there are around 4 boys playing a classic game. And then they go outside so their costumes are made out of leather outside lighting is normal and its set at a house in the middle of the forest and then they go on their bikes and go to a place.

Connotation: what is suggested? what does it mean?

In this print advert suggests that Gordon Ramsay is promoting the beer drink for people to enjoy it and buy it.

Analysis: what is the effect on the audience? how is this effect created?

this effect on the audience is how he shows off the cass beer drink.

Denotation and connotation (WaterAid)

Denotation: what do you see?

In this print advert i can see a young boy with a blue shirt siting on a chair next to a wall looking sad and depressed theres also why text that says dig toilets, not graves and threres the wateraid brand on the top left.

Connotation: what is suggested? What does it mean?

This print advert suggests that the boy is very poor and needs to find some clean water so he can live a fantastic life in the future.

Analysis: what is the effect on the audience? How is this effect created?

The Boy is dirty and the audience feels bad for him that he doesn't have any clear water and doesn't have a good life since he drinks nasty water.
